Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.
For orders placed prior to 5pm (EST) will be processed that day, If placed after 5pm (EST) we will begin processing your order on the next business day. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
What shipping company does The Diamond Corner use? USPS (united states postal service) Priority mail 1-3 business days once package leaves The Diamond Corner.
- Once a package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.
When do I receive tracking information? Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
