How to use
Hot
- Heat in the microwave (600w) for 1-2 min if desired warmth is not archived shake your pillow out and reheat in 30 sec intervals
- please be sure that the microwave plate is clean and turns without issues
- overheating can cause the pillow to catch on fire
Cold
•put your Spelt pillow in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for a few hours to use it as an cooling pack
The cover can be removed or left on to heat up or cool down your pillow, if the cover should get dirty, please hand wash and air dry .
Dont get the Spelt insert wet !
